I had a great experience with Sound X Perience. I was interested in the Bowers and Wilkins PX7 S3 and when I called them, I received incredible and professional service from DeWet and they checked the availability of the headphones for me and assisted me with my online order. I received my headphones less than 2 days after placing my order and I am very happy with the product so far!

I order a product online that was reported in stock but turned out to be not available. It took sound x perience more than a working day to respond and offered a product at more than twice the price. This is fraud and has been reported to FNB bank with the credit card I used. How can you sell a product that you do not have in stock and take the money from a customer knowing this?

I ordered my Bowers and Wilkins PI4 and it was delivered within 48 hours. Service from Sound X Perience has always been excellent. The PI4 is lovely but there are a few glitches with it (losing blueetooth connectivity; sometimes not sure if it is on or off; can't tell battery life without checking your phone) but still a worthwhile device to have.
