The service I received from Sound X was excellent.............I was assisted by Dewet. He was very patient with my endless questions. He took me through the ordering process. I ordered my Bowers and Wilkins PI4 and it was delivered within 48 hours. Service from Sound X Perience has always been excellent. The PI4 is lovely but there are a few glitches with it (losing blueetooth connectivity; sometimes not sure if it is on or off; can't tell battery life without checking your phone) but still a worthwhile device to have.
