I ordered a set of demo speakers from them. This made me kind of nervous as I didn't know what to expect, but they were seriously marked down so I took a chance. The speakers were not only in amazing shape when I received them, someone took the time to meticulously put them back in the original packaging like they where shipped from the factory. I also received texts from them with shipping updates for every stage of the shipping. Well done Sound X Perience. Good service is increasingly rare.
