Just need to say wow. Huge wow to how incredible the customer service is at Sound Xperience. Incredibly helpful and attentive team I highly recommend Sound X Perience. Their Customer Service is outstanding and DeWet at Sound Xperience has to get the biggest shout out and wow of all, assisting me throughout the process and just going out of his way to fulfil the order and all questions that I had!

Bought a pair of Denon Perl True Wirless earbuds NOT the Perl Pro. from them. I received my purchase in a timely manner but I will note that they didn't reply to email concerning the warranty on these earbuds. I will say that the earbuds are really good. The erabuds deliver a clear and precise sound, even better in live music. If you watch UFC fights in the buds, you can hear every hit, smack, even the floor board of the ring. Brilliant sound from these buds. I haven't done a return so I cannot mention they're after sales service and hopefully don't have to.
