Absolutely Brilliant service from James @ Sound X Perience Kempton Park, best advise on what AVR would suit my speaker setup, even after hours support, would recommend this Shop and James Highly Ben and Tessa Steyn

Good day. I will admit that the service won’t Xperience was really smooth and delivery was on time. However, my greatest issue is with warranty, being that all brand new items need to be under warranty as per the Consumer Protection Act. I bought a 75’ inch TV that came with a bar sound this year l, however due to moving, the TV was consequently placed in a manner that cracked the screen from inside. The TV was placed on the bed mattress facing down, so the pressures from inside the TV crashed on the screen. Okay e only saw this when the TV needed to be installed. The TV was bought this year say for first term of the year (around April or May). I would please like to get the TV fixed or have this one collected for a new one as it’s still under warranty. I would appreciate if an email could be sent to me so that one is able to further the communication as I’ve already booked a consultation. I appreciated the services so much from Sound Xperience that this is pike be the cherry on top for them to effectively sort my problems out. Whilst the TV was bought online and delivered, I beg that the same be done in cases of accidents.
