⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience with Denon Home Theater I’ve owned my Denon home theater system for some time now, and I’m honestly beyond frustrated. The system loses its Wi-Fi connection at least once a week, and when it does, it takes 10–15 minutes to reset. Sometimes it refuses to reconnect at all, forcing me to hard-wire it via Ethernet just to get it working again. For the premium price Denon charges, I expected much more—especially considering the sound quality of the subwoofer and surround speakers is decent when it actually works. But the unreliable connectivity and poor after-sales support completely ruin the experience. Their WhatsApp support line has promised assistance multiple times, yet months have passed without a single follow-up. I’ve tried to be patient, but enough is enough. I own Polk, Harman Kardon, and Klipsch systems in other rooms—none of them have ever given me this kind of trouble. I know what good sound and reliability feel like, and unfortunately, Denon has fallen far short of that standard. In short: great potential, terrible reliability, and nonexistent customer service. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere

Terrible experience with SoundX and DeWet and absolute fraud. Most of the time they just ignore messages or emails. Can get them on the phone but then they don't get back to you. - Nov 2022 Enquired about the 600m II, messages ignored - Beginning Dec 2022 Bought a pair of Klipsch 600m II demo pair after getting them on the phone since they ignored my messages - Late Dec 2022 Received the older model the 600m I (which i already had and was upgrading to the II). Assuming since they look almost identical they probably hoped I wouldn't notice that it was the previous gen. Took forever for them to respond and to collect it. - Jan 2023 Still no response, ignoring mail, calls and messages asking for the correct model to be delivered. Only after calling and speaking to someone else did i get to the bottom of it - they had sold my pair to someone else and didn't have the stock. I was assured I'd be getting a brand "new unit" now. Finally received the "new pair" After hooking them up and listening over the next few months i noticed the one tweeter would buzz and is clearly faulty on some songs. Dreading dealing with SoundX i left it for a later date having trusted Klipsch 2 year warranty they advertised to me. - July 2024 Whilst back in South africa for a month I decided i was going to try sort this out now. To my "surprise" ignoring my messages again. - Dec 2024 I decided to go through E-piphany since i have a great relationship there and have always had 5 star service. They have reached out to the distributor to take my pair in for assessment. The distributor has noted that the sales date and the Serial number do not match and in fact these were not a "new pair" and the warranty had started prior to my sales date and i must pay for the repair. Absolute Fraudsters at SoundX. I wouldn't trust buying a thing from them.

I ordered and received the Monitor Audio Silver 100 bookshelf speakers on time and after excellent communciation between Sound X Perience and myself. The speakers are exactly what I ordered and expected. The servcie was great. Highly recommended!
